I started this game on ichio, but will switch to steam for s2, since I'm already playing other games on this platform. Looking for a *game* that is more adult-realistic along the lines of GRRM's work, I checked out and was pleasantly surprised by Swordbearer, although visual novels are not my cup of tea. In gaming, I prefer less rigid story-lines, more dialogue choices and alternatives and the greater first-person rpg feel (I'm an OLD-school D&Der). As I said I just got done with this Episode and I have very much enjoyed it. The Dev mentioned a slow burn, But I feel it works here. Getting to know the characters in the game brings out the flavor for me. Your not just jumping everything and getting to know them. Fairly well written and I don't find boring at all. Even a few laughs. Looking forward to the next installment!...
