@DEVS FIX YOUR BUGGED ANIMATED BACKGROUNDS
They don't work as a profile background and cause issues on steam points shop store when you click on them. Its been over a month with no response.

Yea someone needs to fix this either valve or the developer or i want my 2k points back.

They dont give back any points, as written in the "FAQ" to the point shop - already asked the Support twice. They don't refund. Period. Its basically our problem that we spend the points on it.

Equipping it bugs out your steam right? because my steam has been buggy as hell since i equipped it. Valve needs to fix this and remove this item if the dev isn't gonna bother fixing it. Why leave in a brokeen buggy mess?

Yes it bugs steam,it bugs the steam points shop and it bugged my activity feed it kept flashing white fullscreen. I logged out let somone else log in on same pc activity feed was fine i logged back in the activity feed was flashing white full screen again. The background needs removing from being sold.

If gamedevs don't want to fix it, Valve should remove these BGs from the point shop, since it gets broken (any animations stop working) when I scroll down to BGs from this game.

can someone report the animated background as a broken item that literally breaks steam? My steam is buggy as hell after equipping it about a month ago. Cant fix it.

I'm sorry that I only noticed your issue today. We have noticed that the status of the animated wallpaper appears to be static when viewed through the Steam client, while it plays normally in the web browser preview. I am not sure if this is our issue, but we have sent a request to Steam support and we will continue to communicate with them until the issue is resolved.
We will do our best to resolve the issue with the animated wallpapers for Sakura Hime 1, 2, and 3 not being able to play on the Steam client. Regardless of the outcome, we will update the final result here.
In addition, I am not quite clear about what you meant by "cause issues on steam points shop store when you click on them". Are you referring to clicking on the animated wallpaper in the profile or somewhere else?

Not even clicking, but coming across one of the items related to this game seems to freeze every single animated background / mini profile on The Points Shop page. It might have something to do with the fact, that the animation doesn't loop properly and only occurs on the Steam client, rather than browsers.

Sorry but this is NO issue with the Steam client. The issue also appears in browser version (Firefox, chrome). Something definitely went wrong with the whole background upload thing.

The points shop animated backgrounds section works fine until it reaches your background then the whole points shop animations and other steam animations stop working, surely its the backgrounds that is the problem here. Are you sure the animation program you used is compatible with steam?

it works on the web browser if you view your own profile with it, the issue is def how they uploaded it to steam, because this issue is only on the client. it's not a them issue, its a you issue (dev), maybe try to upload the backgrounds again? could be wrong, but i recall someone else had this issue and did it
