how can we get money in the game ?

I have a PC with Windows 7 sp 1 with Ram 8 Gb and a Video Card Nvidia Gforce GTX 970 with 4 Gb with DrectX 11. Every time I try to see a video in the game different from the one with Anastasia , I can only listen the audio but not see the video. I can't even do the video with Anastasia....
