I'm at the first screen with the "use or to move" prompt: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2842884587 While I hold those key, I hear clicking sounds (footsteps I assume), but I dont see a character moving or anything else happening on screen. I also tried pressing other keys listed under controls (like w/s/e/r/space) but nothing happened. Am I missing something obvious or is the game bugged?...

Hi devs, I really enjoyed Amber City. But could you please disclose the number of maximum steps allowed to gain the Transcendence achievements for levels 7-9? It’s really not motivating to try and cut a few steps here and there, only to find out you still haven’t made it. By what I read, most people have given up on these achievements, and there are no walkthroughs or even hints to be found. I would really like to know if I’m only 2 steps away or 20. By the way, I found the “gold” achievements...
