Can't empathize?
I got the option the first playthrough, but then I'm not getting it on NG+ anymore. Did I do something wrong? Pick a wrong option? S'up with that?

I think I've heard that "empathize" only unlocks if you've watched Fifi's elementary, middle and high school memories.
