Game is nice you just need to fix the movement, cant see myself doing pvp with that movement

I try to create a new account but I get the ironic message of "must be logged in to create an account"?!

When I log in, it still says "Level 24 Rookie" on the character select, but when I enter the game it asks me to select my starting spell and my stats/inventory are clean. If it's a reset being done to make people test out new updates I don't really mind, but given that it says my old level (which was active as of less than 10 hours ago with that level) on the selection screen it's making me curious if this is a bug?
