Once you're inside your steam account's folder, there will be more folders with lots of numbers. These correspond to whatever games you have installed. The one you're looking for is "1942660". This is WWE 2K23's folder. You can just copy and save this entire folder if you want, but if you want to be economical, all you need to save is the file in the "remote" folder called SAVEDATA.
Makes me think WWE 2K should do similar but with CAWs.
Import and export the caw file, share them via a repository. Then viewing them, someone could create a website to view caws.
This way no insane lag insane slowness the search filters not quite right and so on issues 2K has with CAWs is no more issue. As well as storing the files.
