What is the colors I have to go by in order to get the ball through the white hole. Been at it for a while now and it's getting to me.

In the computer lab, there's a last color combination that i cannot match with the hint: yellow - yellow - red - green - red - yellow - green - green

Perhaps this has been reported... I go into the first room and collect 5. I exit and resume my game later. The collectibles are back in place and I pick all 5 up again. Now, the count on the options screen shows I have found 10. Is this by design?
