Never had any problems, but can't start the game today, stays at login screen with background stories, what could be wrong?

So I tried to buy RC but It says my account is a security risk or something. I live in the US in the state California... Is RC not able to be purchased in the US right now? My Computer is clean/virus free so idk why this is happening, is it because I'm using a foreign app like Webnovel.com or something? Or like Fanfiction.net?...

This a game a massive pay2win , really i set damage weapon a 1824, and next day seen damage, and dropped it to 1717 dmg, what is dis??? and everithing and every leveling the caracter, any players paying for game and pvp not chance to wining, monsters are stong and strongers, level dmg droping ,rating dropping, everithing farming a gold ,buying stuff, not enough a any item tunning.. this a developers to massive moneyhunger and not tolerating not paying players,,, shame for devs and shame for all players to...
