This game is newer and twice the price. What other differences are there?

This game is Currently Wishlisted on my Account But, It now shows a blue button, which it says "see more details" or something insteat of the "add to shopping Cart" Button. So, and i pressed that blue button, The Page Will then showing up "oops, Sorry. This Product is not available in Your Country". THIS GAME WAS AVAILABLE IN GERMANY SO HOW IS THIS GAME NO LONGER AVAILABLE?!?...

on high end pc, it lags every 2 or 3 seconds, during 2 or 3 seconds, like a mix of stuttering and fps drop, before, I had a 2 cores potatoe laptop with integrated hd graphics, and it was super smooth. spec: amd 5900x (12 cores 24thr), nvidia rtx3080 wondering why it does that, it's ok in other games, so it's not on my end, is there some tweak to do in steam ? I've played this game a lot (you can see me in the LB), and I would like to make it playable again cause now it's juste too hard to dodge with missin...

In Practice-Mode with Speedrun-setting enabled: it seems that starting at any checkpoint (phase) past the first, that isn’t a Mid-Boss or Boss will completely disable the pause function for the duration of that stage. This is really annoying because the only way to exit or restart the stage is to die 9 times. Pausing is also disabled when watching a replay of that run. These checkpoints are affected: Stage6: Phase 2 Stage7: Phase 4 Stage8: Phases 2...
