Hello, everyone!

The Silent Kingdom's soundtrack, composed by Mikel Dale, is now available at several streaming platforms[hypeddit.com] like Spotify.

There are some tracks left from the game that will be released on a future album, along with new tracks from the following chapters.

I'm already working on the script for the next part. My current plan is to make the two remaining chapters together, so the game will come out of Early Access and be complete in its next major update.

I'm also reading all the feedback. Apart from adding a gallery, I'll change other details such as increasing the rate of potions dropped by enemies in order to make battles easier, or clarifying more explicitly what happens in a certain scene in Fortuna's castle.

Thank you for enjoying this journey, I'll keep working hard on this!

CG gallery?

Hello everyone!

I'd like to start by saying that I'm insanely happy with the warm reception the game has received. I'm getting a lot of positive feedback both on Steam and other media, and that makes me feel that all the effort I've put into this project has been very worthwhile.

I wanted to talk about one of the requests I'm getting the most: a CG gallery.

It's actually something I've wanted to add from the beginning, for the game has a lot of CGs and I think it's fun to collect them. If I haven't been able to do it yet, it's because I don't know coding and also didn't know anyone who could help me, but now I have several people who've offered to help me with coding issues.

I just wanted to let you know that the gallery is on its way, and my plan is to have it implemented by the time chapter 2 is released.

I'll keep listening to all the feedback to improve the game as much as I can, within my humble limitations.

Thank you again, and I hope you keep enjoying this story as much as I'm enjoying making it!

Normally, I would not buy or recommend an incomplete visual novel game, as it's sooo painful to wait. But MY GOSH THIS GAME IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The world setting, the writing, the characters and the art, all are so beautiful and phenomenal for a game from a solo dev.

The main pain for me at the moment is that there is no CG gallery yet (which is a crime with this game's artwork), no skipping button (considering how heavy the dialogue is already; also, I died a lot and wanted to replay a lot of scenes), and the choice to adjust the dialogue box.
Definitely I'd still recommend, as the first chapter is already a few hours of content.

Don't think. Just buy.

Such a refreshing and entertaining blend of a classic rpg (without the grind and skill trees) and an otome (without the tiresome tropes and massive dialogue filler).

It's like reading a dark romance/fantasy novel-- the narrative and characters are THAT rich and immersive. But the added element of beautiful graphics, entertaining exploration and puzzling, and classic turn based battling is **kisses the fingers**

The MC's decisions are weighted and meaningful. Each one feels like either a betrayal of herself or of her kingdom. The stakes are HIGH. The love interests are DEVOTED and their characterizations are SUPER HOT.

The plot, like I said, feels better than most you get in a novel.

Please please please support this developer so that we can get the rest of the story!

The Silent Kingdom has launched as Early Access!

I'm extremely happy to announce that The Silent Kingdom has finally launched as Early Access!

This Early Access version contains the prologue seen in the demo and Chapter 1, which tells the whole story that happens in the kingdom of Fortuna.

From now on, I will continue working on chapter 2 and 3, where the game will reach its completion.

Can't Leave the Oracle's cabin

I'm curious how long the content in the first chapter or if I'm just running into a bug? I see people with 5+ hrs in the game but I after obtaining the key for my closet and trying to leave the hut, I get hit with the "you can't leave without saying goodbye" dialogue and yes, I've restarted my game and did a new play though. Anyone else have the same error?...

Hola, jugador de España, me está encantando el juego, y eso que no soy muy fan de los otomes, suelo preferir los yaois o yuris XD Pero realmente me encanta como habeis hecho a la protagonista tan su propio personaje, y aun darnos libertad para moldearla, tanto desde un punto de trama como historia, ademas que su relacion con Cronos y Séneca estan muy bien desarrolladas, y amo el elemento "complicado" u "oscuro", que realmente añade profundidad a sus relaciones en vez de ser el tipico "El era un chico,...

In Japanese games sometimes you need to install a separate mod or patch for the steam version to get the full game, do i need to do the same with this game?

Early Access Review

With its prologue and first chapter available in Early Access, The Silent Kingdom is off to a refreshingly strong start. It currently provides roughly 8 to 10 hours of adventuring in a world that lures you in with its colorful, anime-inspired art style, only to gut-punch you with its dark twists and hopelessly tragic setup. The somewhat shallow gameplay elements are certainly regrettable, but the terrific writing, intriguing characters and the plethora of dialogue choices and immersive roleplaying opportunities more than make up for the lack of more traditional RPG content. Put simply, The Silent Kingdom might not please diehard RPG fans looking for deep combat and gameplay, but anyone who’s primarily here for the story will surely not be disappointed.
