have 15k playtime 1 Billion worth of equipment,1,5B unspent Spina,have 21 character with lvl 270 and their own set of avatar and more include Collab avatar set and A-M warehouse.with all those investment I put in my account when I got banned they giving 1 week reply for each email and apparently my reason I getting banned,because I "disturbing server" when I asking further info they just close the case,and never answer my email.if they treat whale like how about f2p.on punishing gray raven 1day global release I asking about why global price different with Chinese server,they give reply in 1 hour.when I getting ban in arknight because I receive pack I buy,but my balance getting refunded,I getting my account unbanned after contacting Google play support giving them my purchase history,and all the item back my account unbanned within 5 hours (I have platinum on my Google play so they replied fast).from all costumer service I ever received,ASOBIMO have the worst costumer service
