3 different computers, Windows 10/11, multiple tests with a clean install, same flickering issue that causes a brief high load on explorer and then usually comes back shortly or requires a full restart of explorer. The last straw was a few days ago, 24 hours old with empty fences (just started reinstalling everything), just empty fences, windows defender and my drivers, its start flickering. For sure wont be buying 5, just more 'features' without any fixes. (I should note I've tried many posts relating to this issue on forums and 2 support cases, all I got was clean install, clean boot attempts, and then silence)
