Can you find them in loot piles? I know you can't buy them from stores, atleast no enchanted ebony ones.

I am using version 1.03 and I checked the patch notes for later versions of the game but nothing is mentioned so I don't know if it remains unfixed. The issue I ran into is I tried to rest on an elevated surface and my character did not stop resting after being fully healed. several hundreds of hours went by with none of the three bars, health, stamina, spell points going up. I had no diseases, I had used a spell of strength but I don't know how this affects not being able to recover properly from resting....

I am currently in a whole heap of ♥♥♥♥. I try to camp (rest) but I die. for some reason my willpower goes from being in the 80's to 0. I am not cursed, nor do I have disease in the game, I cured myself from the disease but I still randomly die. I figure I can use an item to increase my willpower to above 0 right? any other suggestions (apart from loading a save file, I understand that you can do that)...

Hey, so since I've spent a stupid amount of playtime playing Skyrim and ESO, I've decided to try all the previous games as well since I really love the lore and wanted to get more from this world and boy, am I suffering in the first game. I've cleared and exited the first dungeon fairly easily, got plenty of loot, too. Did one fetch quest in the first location of Summerset Isles (Altmer, Battlemage), made a custom spell that shields me and scales with each level, equipped with 3 pieces of leather armor ...

Hi, I have a question, does anyone know why I cannot receive a specific artifact quest. The Oghma Infinium. Currently I have no artifacts on my person and I am located outside of Skyrim. Why can I not find the damn quest. The ones I get offered are Ebony Blade, Lord's-Mail, Orghum's Coffer, Necromancer's Amulet and Magnus's staff. What gives? in the hour or more I asked people who had rumors to tell me, they did not offer Oghma Infinium once since getting to Valenwood....
