Nothing about the option to pick a tribe before a run? This was mentioned in the beta post, but not here, will there be another update soon? If so when? :D
还有游戏发英文公告不是很正常吗
还有,一楼真是为喷而喷了
Funnily enough I was meaning to go back and revise my thoughts on the crowns in the beta, as I feel you've actually got them completely spot on. Whilst at first I was kicking about with more crowns than I ever had, and thought it might have been a little OP - I noticed that fights were still challenging, especially in the later stages. It took me a while to click that, whilst I had more crowns, I didn't have as many charms as I'd normally field. So the opening was faster, but I had fewer tricks up my sleeve.
In essence, beforehand the crowns were a scarcity that you almost had no choice but to acquire at any opportunity which presented itself (shop + 80 bling? To the shop!)... But now it seems more that you can specialise your play and in a greater variety of ways too, so is not quite as railroaded. Very exciting changes!
Gnome Trader feels like a good event finally, and the charm merchant feels slightly less like a crap shoot because now if she has 3 terrible charms, at least they're 3 cheap terrible charms.
Most of the terrible companions feel better. There are still a few like Bonnie and Dimona that almost never feel like they justify a companion slot, but they're less terrible than early Hazeblazer was at least.
The economy of the game is so much better. I don't feel screwed if I have to fight snowmen instead of penguins as my 1st fight thanks to the combo change and bling balancing, and shops feel better because money isn't as feast or famine as it used to be. You curve in power a lot better thanks to the new boss reward system and crown tweaks, as opposed to 1.0.5 where you struggled more after a boss and the previous beta where crowns were simply too common and every run swam in them.
A few minor things I still think could use tighter balance would be leader generation (which is better but still sometimes rough) and map generation. Too often my map choices are 2 identical paths, rarely this is fine but it seems like most runs find 1 choice like this. There's a good variety in nodes (but more would be nice), so I don't think it would be too crazy to have a little more variety. It wouldn't hurt to have Gnome Trader and Muncher both be slightly more common.
It limits exploits, the stuff people were doing by generating cards in phase 1 completely broke the balance of the game. That was a critical change for balance.
Loved the game since launch, but very happy so many changes are being made to the stuff everyone doesn't like to make the game even better and more balanced. Keep it up, I'm loving this!! :D
