What went wrong? Why so many bad ratings?

I wish, I wish I didn't purchase this game, I wish I refunded this game before the 2-week mark, I wish steam would delist this game and refund me for being scammed on a game with terrible graphics. It sucks seeing this game in my library.

For the love of God post news/updates/plan/ here on Steam. Your crappy practice is just alienating potential buyers. I am going to take the game off my wishlist because I dont trust you.
