i buy this game and install 18+ dlc but game said 18+ patch is uninstalled what should i do?

I live in germany and appearently the german policy thought like "oh we dont have adults in our country so we dont need porn games but you can have soft porn instead" so i will ask the community to send a copy of ONLY THE DLC (not the game) so that i can enjoy this game in peace... i bought every game of the developer cuz im just that collector like with porn games (dont ask what i do in my spare time... you all already know) so it would be kinda nice to get the 18+ version for every single one of these ga...

I enjoyed this so much but was hoping there will be another chapter to find her sister
