Is there a way to fix achievements? I cannot achieve anything (first level, photo and so on).

I fell through the floor at the top of the tower where the door to the center ramp, that leads to the exit portal lays down. I could no longer move, so I restarted the game, but on reentry, the game placed me back under the floor. I decided to restart the level. The problem with restarting the level is that it does not fully reset. I got this via Amazon Prime. Just beat Level 20. I was wondering if there's any secret levels like 19 and 20 were for the first game?

I can't get one of the two keys in the rotating pyramid level. I can see the key but can't grab it. Am I the only one experiencing this?
