Game always takes atleast 3 tries before it opens.

As stated in the title, when I play this game, the audio keeps cutting out and in roughly every second or so, and it is super irritating. It seems to be the master volume all together, and happens right when the game starts, and continues to do so in any scene. I have verified the integrity of my files and tried common troubleshooting solutions I could think of. Anyone else having this problem?...
