I just finished the game with the endings 2-4. I am still missing ending 1 as well as the achievements "No Esacpe" and "Fragments." Any help would be greatly appreciated.

During the first chase scene with the werewolf I make sure to stick to the sides and don't break to the right/down but I always end up not getting it. It there a specific way I should die?
