Disable Steam Deck Controller in Docked Mode

The Internal Steam Deck Controller should be disabled when Docked. This usually causes problems using Controllers when docked because some titles try to use the Steam Deck’s internal controller

For some titles in Docked Mode you will be required to use the Steam Controller Settings to change the Main Controller,

some titles it just wont work and i can only control it with the Steam Deck’s Internal Controller, which is very awkward and annoying, also useless. especially since i have a large TV i dock my Steam Deck onto

it will be optional , i use more dock mode for external Sd cards than external screen and prefer use steam deck controler , i use a long cable video usbc to link steam deck to dock
