I have a hearing impairment that makes it hard to hear out of one of my ears, which makes using the Steam Deck with headphones horrifically bad, especially when it comes to games that use directional audio.
It would be really nice if I had the option in the volume section to adjust, on a per-device basis, the audio balance for the L and R channels, much like what can be done in the Linux desktop, Windows, and even the Steam Deck Desktop Environment itself (which is a Linux desktop but I wanted to specify that this is functionality that the Steam Deck already has in some capacity) without needing to play in Desktop mode or a Decky Loader plugin
