Slow download speed in steam
So I have problem with my download speed in steam. I turned off wifi battery management and changed download cap to 10000000. It didn't help. I checked fast.com to see if this is steam app issue and it turns out that I got maximal download speed in test. I don't know what is going on, my desktop download from steam works just fine.

- switch to Desktop Mode
