Pretty good fps and it works on my Loki zero with 30fps (Win11)

What do you get when you try your best to make a game that surpasses the mainstream 1st person shooters like COD, Halo, and Battle Field... Well, you definitely are not going to get this game!

Legendary is your old school 2000's 1st person shooter with the concept of monsters coming out of Pandora's Box. You play as the guy who was tricked to steal and open the box and now have to find a way of escaping the chaos and possibly setting things right.

The graphics for this game (Back then) were pretty good. The issue that most people will say is how drab it looks. In my opinion, that was actually the point. Chaos was released and everything is pouring out. I saw the trailers and I understood that it was not a game that was intended to look like a rainbow of cheeriness. The variety of creatures is good and has a mix of mythology and humans.

Music wise, the game does a great job as well with execution. You are not going to get a fully orchestrated music score. You get a style that feeds from the atmosphere yet does not get annoying like many other games that repeat music.

Looking at the game-play. You have these state of the art super gimmicky tricks for doing every minute attack while dodging creatures that have only 1 weak spot. No, and no again! Like mentioned above, this is your classic style shooter that has a limited variety of weapons and a simplistic style of shooting. This is one of those shooters that is not intended for multiplayer (even though it has it) and focuses on story.

If you are trying to make a comparison with this game, I would say it is like F.E.A.R., as it focuses on the story and is a 1st person shooter. Now A.I. is not in any way like that game nor is the graphics. It was a really good story-line 1st person shooter. Well, before the second and third game turned it into your generic shooter! But that is a different game and their own reviews.

If you are after a nice game with a different type of story other than your big underground organization is trying to rule the world. Pick this game up. It may look like a cheesy game. Rest assured, that it will be an interesting ride especially at the $6 price tag when not on sale.

This is one of those hidden gems that if given a remake or HD conversion with some needed tweaks would definitely stand out. Honestly, if SquareEnix did the visuals for this game, it would be the most spectacular looking 1st person shooter with monsters and half the bad reviews would go away. But alas Spark Unlimited made it.
