I can get to the main menu of CE and use the arrow keys to go up and down, but can't actually start a game. It shows "B to confirm" but it is not the B key on the keyboard nor the B button on a controller. Anyone else see this?

The audio in the lobby is fine but in game the audio is super slowed down. I've tried messing with the ingame settings and nothing works. What do I do?

Will this ever get Ms. Pac-Man? I mean, I have it in the first Pac-Man Museum. However, this plus version just seems incomplete without it.
