Console: Offline - Tried Everything

This is just a rant. At my wit's end. Tried EVERY. SINGLE. COMBINATION. Of plugs, programs, settings, etc. Console just closes to tray. Appears for a second saying headset offline. Works in SteamVR at 90hz just fine. Some of us made our purchase BASED ON 120 hz screens, just to be locked out from using them. Why the f*ck is it considered acceptable by HTC's devs to just leave the program broken for so many people simultaneously over the years?...

Vive console not detecting head set "offline"

So just got the VIVE pro 2 after trading up from the OG Vive. Went through all the start up procedures. When starting vive console it just flashes up, says it's offline in the display and then fires itself off to the system tray after ~2 seconds. Launching console from there triggers the same response. SteamVR tracks it fine and it functions but I just can't get the console to detect the set and start working. Performance is pretty rubbish at the moment (running a 4070 ti super) and I suspect it has so...

problem with vive console (starts and closes immediately)

as the title says, ive tried new drivers (nvidia 4090), reinstalling vive console, disconnecting cables and restarting the pc to then connect them again, even the beta for vive console (on steam) anyone having these issues?

Did Vive fix the oversampling issues?

So I know there use to be a problem with over sampling in the steamVR resolution menu. I was wondering if Vive fixed this where I don't automatically have to set a specific resolution anymore? I'm hoping I can just manually pick from the man vive console my resolution and roll with whatever I'm playing. Any feedback is appreciated....
