I can't handle the pole vault What do I have to do and when? (speuel with X-Box controller) I start running and try to reach top speed And then? Then I press A? When is the best time? Do I have to hold it down? or let go straight away How do I gain height then? What do I have to do - I don't understand this discipline in its execution...

Please fix this I did alot of wr's that didn't load into the game for some reason...
