That's not how anything works, and if it does, NOBODY would know about this game.

I think a large issue that people are over looking, is selaco isn't the only game in its genre. Like even if it's the best boomer shooter ever made. It's still 1 of hundreds if not thousands. I'm still interested in it, but I really don't need it. There's many other games like it. Some of which I already own. I only hope they can pull a no man's sky on their reputation.

Well NMS was unfinished and Shawn said stuff that wasnt true. Sony Probably forced him to do so.

Either you think that being an indie game means it gets to play with fake money (like the fake frames from DLSS), or you don't understand your own argument.

Read the rest of the thread, where I explain in detail that, considering how poorly the vast majority of indie games sell, "selling well for an indie" doesn't actually mean anything.

How do you know I don't own it through some other means? Perhaps differnt store front, or a Patreon supporter edition?

Owning or not owning the game on Steam means nothing. But you know what, I'll wishlist it and get it here at some later point too.
