When do you see the police cars on the road please?

how exactly do I get this? it says to go from the hospital to the helicopter without stopping, which i'm 99% sure is what i've done i held forward the entire time i didn't touch anything done on day 2 to avoid having to get a board (which i assume counts as a touch) so what exactly am i missing here?...

Hello, I've been to day 10 multiple times by now and I have to say it feels a bit odd that I've encountered only 5 snowmen that didn't spawn in impossible to reach places quickly of which only 2 I was able to hit. (having to die 10 times to those is pretty tedious, when it's already pretty hard to even get to day 8 which I assume is the point where they start spawning and then they rarely show up most of the time...)
