Black Background / Ui Not Working

Whenever I open the game none of the UI works and the background of the main tab is completely black. Joining a different server results in game crashing. I've tried verifying game data and reinstalling neither worked anyone know how to fix this?

I can't interact with the UI after returning to "HOME" or "MAIN"

I don't know if this is some kind of a bug or it's in my device but after leaving "HOME" (going to the SHOP) and returning to "HOME" or "MAIN" i suddenly cant interact with any of the UI but the game seems fine like the music keeps going on and promotion keeps sliding. Is there anyway to fix this issue?...
