HP vr is not work controler

I saw the issue was persistent in previous headsets, so now the quest 3 is having the stuck on main menu in the floor issue. Anyone have a fix?

I am unable to play the game because I'm stuck far below the floor and my controls are not responding. I play on a windows mixed realty headset (Samsung Odyssey +) and nothing i do seems to be helping anyone else find a way around this?
