Everything (specially characters) when moving look unfocused and blurry, this is the telltale sign of TAA.
You can see it in the main menu even, focus on the character's face, when they are moving/fidgeting about, their faces blur/unblur as they move.
Its really distracting and this effect simulates my already existing badsight, causing nausea/headaches after longer play sessions.
Disabling FRS solves the really bad ghosting. But the TAA texture blurring exists even when FRS is disabled.
I tested with your config and its still there.
Thank you for trying to help, i am gonna wait a bit for a dev reply or maybe someone with a fix for this, otherwise i will sadly need to refund the game :(
Take a picture while in movement, even with MLAA disabled, its still a blurfest :(
In your picture, your standing still, but you can see a bit of the blur in the zombie pet (he has a "blur halo") and a lot of blur on the grass leaves.

I tried to make it as obvious as possible by removing shadows and other artifacts, here the player character is sufficiently deformed due to the blur that happens as she runs along the screen, its specially bad on her right arm and right foot, where her shoe's blur trails off as part of the anti-aliasing effect of TAA.
It still annoys me that there has been a lot of effort to improve accessibility in video games, but stuff thats easily toggle-able like TAA still gets forced on in games like this :(
You can search some additions to the gameplaysettings.ini file and edit in changes yourself to remove TAA or change the other settings and even raytracing/Lumen.
