Ok, can someone explain how to beat level 13? I don't even mean 3 stars, I mean beat it at all.

It says that if you increase fire rate the chain turrets can hit multiple targets, but I'm not seeing it, can anyone verify if this feature actually works?

You cannot make any 'mistakes', because everything is calculated so precisely that every deviation from the planned playthrough ends in failure.
