why is the last achievement only for level 31?

Hi, i got the game today and I'm loving how it plays so far. I just have one small issue and that is some of the sound design. I find that the sound of placing flags is a bit boring, and stands out in a bad way. So i was just wondering if it was possible to change sound files, and maybe even the hud and such. If it isn't possible then i would love to get a few different sounds to choose from in the game. Kinda how Chess.com lets you choose sounds for moving pieces and such. Thanks in advance!...

If it's based on classic minesweeper, I assume it will depend on luck at a certain point of progress. That's what I hated about the original and that's what I love games like Hexcells for: 100% logic. So?

Since last updates (steam, videocard driver or game itself, so can't tell, what was the exact cause) game runs on 1.8k framerate, and my videocard has 90-100% usage (also, fans are pretty noisy). Can option to turn on V-Sync or FPS-cap be added?...
