it's a bit late for a reply, but i was looking for it today and couldn't find how to make one either, so for future people searching: just put a slider and a controller together, then open the sketch and just use the slider node and from it make a percentage mapper node from 0:00:00 to 23:59:59 and feed that result to a time controller node, and you've got your time changer device!
2) as for stage worlds - if I remember correctly, the world status (stage/normal) can be changed in the main menu in the world settings. until the world is switched to stage mode - everything related to the stage world is unavailable.
