Still in development or is it out?

The default co-op enable button is mapped to a button. I have often been playing with a friend and accidentally hit this button and disable co-op. Can co-op be a option in the menu instead of a button mapping?

I just beat the game in co-op mode but no any bosses spawn on any boss room. Is it normal?
