I don't review often, but the review bombing here made me feel like I need to come to the defense of a pretty awesome game. The combat is a blast, the story is good (so far), the graphics are gorgeous, and the sound design is spot on.

All the people incessantly crying about timers with less than 10 hours in the game should, kindly, shut up. Your desire to have every single thing in the game instantly accessible without effort or time or skill is ruining the gaming industry, forcing developers to pander to you, the lowest common denominator, who only care about their META BiS oMg and how fast you can get to it. ♥♥♥♥ off with that ♥♥♥♥. Just because your vision for how easy and accessible everything needs to be isn't perfectly matched by the devs doesn't make the game bad, it makes you simple.

I will change my review if they get rid of the worst grinding system I've ever seen in a game. I mean... it is everything I hate. Degradation, half-ass fast travel system, and worst of all... time-based upgrades.

I see a lot of reviews mentioning the developers lack of respect for the players time. It could not be more true.

The combat and loot system is fun enough and the graphics are fine but stutter at certain points. MY GOD THE ORI GAMES ARE MY FAVORITE OF ALL TIME I HAD SUCH HIGH HOPES.

Here's to waiting for the 1.0 release. Hopefully everything gets fixed.
