The local pricing you have made is not enough. Although Turkey is the second country after Argentina in the Steam suggested price list, you sold 150TL in Russia for 180TL in Brazil, while you sold 280TL in us. Turkey and Argentina's economy is much worse than these countries, and you could easily see that at Steam suggested prices...

The price just went from "impossible to buy" to "almost impossible to buy". Congratulations, I guess?

Hello, trying to refund the game to buy it again at the new price but steam wont let me, since my gametim exceeds 2 hours, is it possible to get help with this?

Hello, i appreciate what you people do, and i also understand that a lower price is not possible, at all (taxes and such are my country's problem, not yours). It's not your fault that my country sucks, and our economy is utterly broken since, well, ever, but i do appreciate that you went down with the price. As such, i bought the game. Thanks again, at least gaming helps me forget all the things going down here...

Did you describe the situation or only tried automatic refund? The automatic one is limited to two hours playtime but going through support instead should let you explain things when you create a refund request. You can even provide a link to this announcement in it. Usually in such situations there is no problem getting a refund as long as you get it to a person with a good explanation.

This is still expensive. Nis America was using Steam's standart regional pricing.

I'm happy with the price update, but these are standard prices. The regional pricing system is no longer applied to Turkey.

so why is Ars and Tur one of the poorest country here on Steam and you still sold such ridiculous price . Do you even bother watching the regional Pricing Steam Suggested and other companies provide. This price is still even higher than some of the country while they should be lowest

so why
  1. Because they don't want that consumers can buy products where and for how much they want. No matter how rich or poor a country is. It's a control thing. On the other hand, there is the globality that only applies to companies
  2. Because (especially several asian publishers last time) publishers got greedy. Prices rising step by step last years for the same quality and content. Innovation? Zero. New game concepts? Zero
  3. Because regional pricing/access,- and other restrictions be easily implemented. If they weren't used, they would be pointless, wouldn't they?
  4. Because publishers do not care about and there are enough people who put up with it
  5. Because price agreements are difficult to prove and fines are low
  6. Because they can - regardless of the quality that is delivered, that is another topic of its own
  7. Because VPN and anonymity is a national thread already in some countries and even GDPR is an annoyance for some companies. Entertainment sector is only another business with own methods to criminalize and patronizing consumers since a long time. Unfortunately, the subject is somewhat more complex with various dependencies.

But short said again, control and of course maximizing profit. Here too, people put up with it.

Should just give it away for free. Right?
