Mac OS X -- "missing executable"

Has anyone been able to successfully run this game on Mac OS X? I keep getting a "Missing Executable" error when loading the game. I'm running MacOS 10.13.6 (High Sierra).

Frame Rate

A minor bug I had a couple of times toady was a much slower game (movement of character + rail as well as slower picking up) which sometimes happened after retrying after a failed attempt. Not a big deal as exiting to main menu and starting again had it working fine....
