hey WHen is the patch coming for fatal error ? DEMO works fine.. full verison every time FATAL ERROR!

I just startet the game. The tree stopped me. I can go back with red light. The bridge is destroyed. Nothing to do anymore. Need help!

Hi, Rig setup: Windows 10 Home 64bit, all completely updated with latest NVIDIA drivers and Windows updates. Running game at 1920X1080 on standard monitor. Hardware: CPU: INTEL Core i7-7700, 4x 3.60GHz, GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 GAMING X 8G and Drive: 480GB SSD KINGSTON HyperX Savage, SATA 6Gb/ss. With this setup I can run nearly every AAA game on all settings maxed out with 60 FPS. So I walked to a campsite, picked up and twirled two backpacks and looked at some scratches on my tent in predator vision. Nothing else to do. WTF?! Can't interact with anything. Can't open backpacks. No control settings in options so I don't even know possible commands I might be missing beyond the non-existent tutorial. At least my RTX3080 has fancy reflections in the water. Not impressed. Anyone care to share what to do? I usually can make it past the 5min mark before getting stuck....
