That is the only way to get the Alpha Pack DLC, Steam Support won't help, just stock response about asking the publisher but I don't know if that will work.

I get it's an FPS, but that isn't a full genre these days. In the trailer it talks about PvP mode, but also talks about bots and worlds. The latter is what has me confused: Is it a rogue-like/lite? Is it just a linear campaign that you play through once and done? Mission-based? Story driven? Open world? Arena fighter against the AI? More details should be provided to explain the games classification. Nerf or not, when making a game, you kinda gotta tell us more about the game besides just "guns"....
