What the difference between gear boxes (with spring and without)(

the regular one's shift time are the same for shifting inwards and outwards where the one with springs shifts slower in wards (compressing the spring) and faster out wards (releasing the sping)

Wait, where are the shifters with springs at? I've only seen the regular ones.

Ah! I haven't unlocked those yet.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the standard shifters. I can only make a decent "3 speed" with two of the two speed shifters. lol

Are there any videos I can watch to get an idea of some good gear ratios, or see a decent 4 speed box that doesn't use Planetary gears? I've heard that transmissions that use Planetary Gears have make use of a glitch that makes everything spin faster or something.
