How exactly do you use the mask, equip and able to use the nitrogen tank? As well as refill the tank later on. I feel like l need to have 3 tanks of nitrogen just in case but having difficulty refilling the tanks

First time playing today. I felt like I was drowning in the amount of information thrown at me. Begs for a tutorial or some streamlining process.

I would of thought this game would run flawless due to the graphics but even on a 3080 i'm getting 40 fps average. Is there some setting I should be turning off?

I don't care to fuel any hatred at all, I simply haven't been keeping up with 14. I'm not really even an avid fan of 13 and that is largely due to it's complexity but I always come back to it somehow. Is 14 at a similar level of 13 currently but with more QoL? or is it just 13 with less content but nicer QoL? If it has nicer QoL but less content, I think I'd still choose the one with more content but if it has similar levels, even half of the amount of content and vastly better QoL, I'd choose 14. Than...
