the game is crashing during building the layout

OK,so,looking at the screenshots,this game is VERY familiar to me. Unfortunately,it looks like it was reposted on steam by people who don't give a damn about the games functionality and just wanna make a HUGE profit off it. Yes,I went to their site and it's $19 to register and you get access to some free expansions which just add a bunch of trains and trailers into the game. nothing special. No idea what it equates to in GBP,sadly. Now,I see there is a rather small amount of people who both remember this ...

Will be the game developed? What about Workshop in Steam? For example to add own models, buildings, accessories? In original game it used to be. Manually but it worked. I had more than 100 added extensions... I hope it will be.
