So I placed the RQ upgrade on the campaign map, and I have now a Specialty shop at the base. However I cant select the buy option. What am I missing ?

I'm on EP 4 and Fenrich is no where near Val but he got killed and I noticed that Val died at the same time as Fen. Do they share something I'm not aware about?

All the way into the item leveling path = never shows. C: Some combination of both. Anybody happen to know the answer? On the 9X floors at the end of the item growth path I couldn't get a single Mystery Innocent to show up out of 8 of them....
