Well, title. Switching between the "show namens" mode and regular gameplay lags my game. Having either one mode on, works fine. So I either don't use it or have the ALT key pressed permanently. I was wondering it's possible to instead toggle it. Press ALT once and it stays on. Press it again and it turns off. So?...

Randomly heard this game mentioned somewhere and I was instantly reminded of the fun I had exploring its massive world with my seraphim. I have played Diablo 1-3, Dungeon Siege 1-2, Torchlight 1-2, Path of Exile, Grim Dawn but this game had a unique hook that no other game could replicate. Why do you start in a different place in multiplayer? How do I even get to the first quest in MP? you spawn nowhere near it
