why do so many of my players not progress or even regress each year? I cant get them to improve once they get on campus. Ruins the game to be honest, really frustrating.

I read the help file pretty extensively but maybe I missed it. I'm not understanding specifically what the numbers by the certain pitches in "talking points" work. For example, if I pitch him 4 points of Winning on week 1 and on week 2 there's a green number 2 next to the Winning pitch, what does that green number mean? That the pitch is at 2/4? What if I pitch something for 2 points and I have a green 2 next to it, does that mean the pitch is worn out and I should take points out of that pitch? I'm very c...

Hey guys can someone tell me if there is any option to swap teams in sandbox mode. When i go to setting there is a part of the screen where it shows thta this should be possible but iI can´t do anything with it, like selecting the teams I want to swap. It would be cool if there would be someone thta could help me....

Simple question: Can I start out as a low-ranked coach and work my way up to the top programs?

The description for the game doesn't really tell me much to make me want to buy this game. It seems like the same game to me. Why should I drop $30+ on a game that seems just like last years?
