The achievement don't seem to unlock. Edit: If you wait until you hear the opponent say something along the lines of 'let's play to 25', only after then can you earn the achievements. This line is about 5 minutes after you press start.

This was a recent Valve's change, and the devs were not warned. Could you do that?
