You can preview the video before exporting in the preview window, which is located in the upper right part of the screen. You can also preview the video in full screen by clicking on the "three dots" under the preview window and selecting "Full screen preview". You can manually influence the size of the final video file. To do this, please click the "Advanced" button in the export settings window, and in the window that appears, select the value of the Bitrate СBR instead of VBR. After that, you can manually set the desired bitrate value and immediately see the final file size after export. For 1080p video with the h.264 codec, the optimal bitrate is 7000-9000 Kbps. For 4K video with the h.264 codec, the optimal bitrate is 35000-40000 Kbps.
