Alt enter did nothing...

I can use the left and right keys to switch from Tutorial to Options, New Game, Continue, etc... but how do I select one? Enter does nothing, so I've been going through different keys just so I can try to play the game.

Are there any plans to implement Steam Achievements?..KHY looks fantastic and I think it would greatly benefit from having achievements..thanks you in advance for your time :)
